Adult Confirmation is a process by which adults who have been previously baptized have the opportunity to complete their initiation into the church.  For those baptized Catholic, it is simply the next step into full communion with the Church.  Those who have been baptized into another Christian faith, after  a period of instruction, can make a profession of faith, and be welcomed fully into the church.
